COMO PREPARAR UN SANDICH

Ingredientes:

· 2 rebanadas de pan blanco bimbo

· 1 cucharadita de mayonesa  

· 1 rebanada de jamón

· rebanadas de pepino

· 4 rebanadas de tomate

· rebanadas de queso panela o amarillo

· 2 rebanadas de cebolla

-chiles en raja

-lechuga picada

-2 rajitas de aguacate

-pollo deshilado

-quesillo

Preparación:

 Unta la mayonesa en un un lado de cada pan,  sobre una de las rebanadas de pan coloca el jamón, y todos los ingredientes ya mencionados y en el centro la pechuga de pollo Finalmente tapa con la otra rebanada la preparación, y sirve en un plato¡¡listo para comer!!

Quizás podamos lograr que algunos de ellos nos ayuden a disminuir los famosos gases de efecto invernadero, podemos utilizar menos el auto, usar medios de transporte que consumen nafta, hacer platicas para concientizar e informar sobre el efecto invernadero, además hacer carteles, implementar mas el uso de la bicicleta y el deporte asiendo caminatas, ya que esto ayuda a tener buena salud y evitar los efectos invernaderos.

El efecto invernadero es un fenómeno por el cual determinados gases, componentes de la atmósfera planetaria retienen la energía que el suelo emite por haber sido calentado por la radiación solar.

El efecto invernadero no tiene nada de malo ya que ase posible que la temperatura de nuestro planeta sea demasiado baja porque nos moriríamos de frió, pero el hombre a ha logrado convertirlo en un problema ya que le a dado un mal uso al emitir grandes cantidades de gases como el uso excesivo del automóvil, la tala inmoderada de árboles etc.
